Working as a designer since 2018, JW utilises a wide range of multidisciplinary practices and thorough design processes to inform and enhance his work, creating distinctive pieces across both physical and digital spaces.
“Being inspired by various areas of design, I have always had a strong desire to combine and intertwine different forms of making and think beyond an output centred around one practice. I am particularly interested in the relationship between physical and digital design and looking at how different technologies across these spaces can be brought together to create more informed and layered outcomes. I think that problem solving is an important aspect of my design process, working out how to get my desired end result by experimenting through research and development. My desire to learn new design skills and processes over the years has given me greater insight into how different projects could be executed; there’s always a way to get it done.”
